*Squeeeeeee* THIS IS SO ADORABLE!!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve dug a cute boyband concept, but it feels oh so right!!!

In case you don’t know, A-One is a super awesome Chinese boyband that deserves much, much more love!

This song is my absolute favorite off their debut album! I uploaded the song in this post, in case you’re interested^^ Anyways, mv is very light and refreshing. The lead guy is soooooo cute and dorky!!! And the ending was so unexpected!!!

A-One

Yes, new boyband love! This time from the motherland. I’ve vaguely been keeping track of all the new Chinese boybands popping up, and this one is definitely my favorite. I like that dispite the new trend in China of copying Korean boybands, A-one dedicated representing Chinese pop, and IMO, they do a pretty kickass job.

Okay, I’ve *ahem* obtained their as of yet unrelased album. Guilt aside, I have to say it’s fantastic!! They really draw from a variety of influences such as Indian and big band music, all the while maintaining the integrity of Chinese pop. This is about as much as I can find about them in English. I really hope they make their official debut soon. I already really, really like them, and that’s just based solely on listening to their album. If a boyband can make me a fan purely because of their music, then that’s more then enough reason to find out more. A-one definitely fall solidly in pop music, but they possess a special charm that’s hard to find. I really hope I hear more from them soon!
